Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Talent Acquisition function, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Partner with business clusters to understand their day-to-day HR needs and provide support for HR inquiries.
- Support and drive key HR initiatives such as employee engagement, performance management, and training.
- Act as a business partner for several business units, providing strategic HR guidance and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Play a key role in developing HR policies and procedures to enhance the employee experience.
Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
- A degree or professional qualification in Human Resources management.
- 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources functions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
