Job Description
Being in the business for over 17 years, MAS Active is a prestigious establishment in Sri Lanka focusing on Activewear, Athleisure, Performancewear, and Men’s essentials.
Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the Active team as a Senior Executive Environmental Sustainability. This role would enable you to initiate sustainable projects, coordinate environmental reporting programs, and endorse sustainability functions to engage communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement sustainability projects, obtain approvals, and monitor progress.
- Liaise with external vendors for the best options and ensure timely payments.
- Facilitate discussions on sustainability matters, formulate action points, and ensure adherence to standards.
- Prepare environmental reporting programs and establish sustainability KPIs.
- Update sustainability intranet with relevant information and data.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to identify social responsibilities.
