Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for partnering with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruitment plans.
- Manage end-to-end executive search process, including sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment methods to attract top-tier talent.
- Track recruitment metrics, analyze effectiveness, and represent the organization at industry events.
- Ensure completion of employee documentation and oversee onboarding processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in HR
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
