Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with suppliers, tour guides, and hotels for seamless service delivery
- Handle inquiries, bookings, and payments from international clients
- Provide pre-departure information and support to clients
- Develop new travel products and maintain stakeholder relationships
Qualifications:
- 4 years experience or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism/Hospitality
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lanka and its attractions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in English language, other languages a plus
