- Promote, market, and acquire deposits and savings accounts
- Achieve given targets
- Identify potential customers and create the pipeline
- Implement strategies to expand into different market segments
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide prompt solutions to client queries
- Get actively involved in promotional campaigns
Eligibility:
- Proven track record in sales and marketing
- 02 or more years’ experience in banking and finance industry
- Qualification in sales and marketing is an advantage
- Friendly personality with good command of English and Sinhala
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
