Executive/ Senior Executive – Customer Relations Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining records and understanding of the buy placement dates on each of the seasonal calendars.
- Should understand and analyze the forecast versus the actuals placed and measure the accuracy & of the forecast given by customers.
- Receive all incoming inquiries/orders, liaise with sourcing and planning to book production capacity, negotiate delivery dates/flows, and communicate with the customer to ensure customers’ delivery dates are effectively met.
- Ensure all POs are entered promptly with 100% accuracy.
- Complete all required documentation about order confirmation and follow through with the status of the order by regularly meeting with the planner and conveying the order status to the customer to meet expectations.
- Should visit customers and build good relationships and enhance mutual trust and honesty
- Respond to customer rejections, and take necessary action to meet customer requirements.
- Manage debtors-related issues to minimize payment-related problems from customers
- Prepare and update documentation whilst adhering to ISO standards to make information available for management decision-making.
- Assist team to meet daily target & response time requirements and maintain good relationships with other departments.
- Should maintain price lists for respective customer portfolios whilst ensuring prices in the list and system reflect those in the pricing file.
Qualifications:
- CIMA, CIM, Postgraduate Diploma, or an Equivalent Degree from a reputed university.
- 1-2 years experience in a similar capacity
- Should possess an enthusiastic & innovative mindset
- Sound interpersonal skills & communication skills
