Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize impactful marketing events.
- Coordinate the internal procurement process.
- Support and provide follow-ups for finance operations.
- Coordinate with the HR department for the end-to-end management of the recruitment process.
- Organize and manage meetings with various stakeholders engagement.
- Support proposals creations with the technical team and coordinate proposal submissions.
- Introduce improvements to existing processes.
- Manage multiple activities simultaneously, demonstrating strong independent and collaborative work styles.
Profile:
- A professional with 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Business Management/Finance.
- An excellent planner with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Thrive in a team environment and have a passion for staying ahead of the learning curve.
- Excellent written communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
