- Support Team Leadership: Guide and direct the team to troubleshoot IT issues.
- Monitor User Complaints: Ensure prompt resolution of user complaints.
- Coordinate with Users: Collaborate with end-users and support teams.
- Maintain Documentation: Record transactions and business solutions.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, experience in system administration, ERP knowledge, strong data management skills.
