Job Description
The Job:
- Execute and oversee daily banking operations, ensuring accuracy in processing financial transactions.
- Manage customer account maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing exceptional service.
- Collaborate with teams to implement improvements enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain records, providing regular updates on performance metrics.
- Assist in testing and implementing new banking products and systems.
- Implement compliance frameworks aligned with Central Bank regulations.
- Identify operational risks and recommend mitigation measures.
The Person:
- Requires minimum 5 years’ experience in Banking Operations.
- Completed academic/professional qualification in Banking or related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in banking regulations and risk management.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency in core banking systems and software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Exposure to process improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
