Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to lead and manage the recruitment process and employee development initiatives at MOSIACHR PEO (Private) Limited. This globally recognized logistics leader values innovation and offers a vast international network.
Role Overview:
As the Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, you will oversee end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, and global operations support. Collaborate with headhunters, plan career fairs, and drive employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment process efficiently.
- Drive Training & Development initiatives.
- Collaborate with headhunters and organize career fairs.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Handle employee queries and work with department heads for improvement.
- Lead HR Operations including Performance Management and Payroll processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, and HR Operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
- Proficient in HR software and tools.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to error-free results.
