Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive- Information System Audit at BDO in Sri Lanka & Maldives. The role is located in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The Senior Executive- Information System Audit will be responsible for performing IT audits, assessing and evaluating IT systems, identifying risks, and recommending solutions. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and improve overall security and performance of IT systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT audit, information security, or related roles
  • Strong knowledge of IT audit methodologies and frameworks
  • Proficiency in auditing IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
  • Experience with risk assessment and control evaluation
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or equivalent are preferred
