Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle all aspects of sea export customer service and documentation
- Communicate effectively with customers, carriers, and internal teams
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders
- Train and mentor junior team members
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sea export customer service experience
- Strong understanding of international shipping regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software
- Experience with freight forwarding systems is a plus
- Strong leadership skills and detail-oriented
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours
