We’re seeking a talented Senior Executive to lead our AR function and enhance financial operations excellence.
Position: Senior Executive – Accounts Receivable/Finance
Location: Nugegoda/Katunayake
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee Accounts Receivable processes
- Develop policies to optimize AR, improve cash flow, and reduce bad debt risk
- Analyze AR aging reports and strategize for cash collection
- Prepare AR reports for senior management
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- 3-5 years of finance and AR management experience
- Strong understanding of AR processes and credit management
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in financial software like QB & SAP
