Support clients in optimizing their IFS ERP software platform specifically in the Supply chain domain. Work with experienced professionals in supporting ERP systems.
Responsibilities:
– Provide customer support and troubleshooting
– Analyse software issues and provide timely solutions
– Collaborate with teams to resolve complex issues
– Document processes and maintain knowledgebase
– Stay updated on software features
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree
– 5 years IFS ERP support experience in Supply chain
