Job Description

We are a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join a prominent Manufacturing/MNC in Katunayake. The role involves overseeing engineering aspects of manufacturing processes, requiring expertise in manufacturing technologies, process improvement, and facility management.

• Lead factory engineering projects from design to completion.
• Develop and enhance manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
• Monitor production equipment for optimal performance.
• Analyze production data for improvements and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams, product design, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage factory layout optimization and capacity planning.
• Mentor junior engineers and staff.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 10+ years experience in factory engineering, proficiency in Lean/Six Sigma, strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
