Job Description
Responsibilities
- Analyze data to identify customer behavior and prepare related reports for management updates.
- Identification of local/international market conditions, trends and introduce innovative products.
- Efficiently resolve VAS complaints by coordinating with respective teams and conduct trainings/awareness sessions on VAS services for internal and external parties.
- Enhance VAS product verticals through strategic alliances with content/service providers and public/private partnerships.
- Introduce processes to improve the efficiency and productivity of VAS services, processes, and team performance.
Qualifications
- Candidate shall hold a degree in marketing/Business Management or CIM/SLIM qualification from a recognized university or institute.
- Should have minimum 2+ years of experience in the similar field.
- Be proficient in analyzing data and formulating solutions.
- Should have excellent time management skills and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Must be competent in Microsoft Office packages.
- Must be well versed in English and Sinhala in both written and verbal communication.
- Should be a dynamic self-starter with the ability to work both in a team and individually.
