SENIOR DIGITAL / PERFORMANCE MARKETING EXECUTIVE

As a Senior Digital / Performance Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility will be crafting and executing all-encompassing digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing the brand, products or Services online presence, visibility, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and implementation of digital media marketing strategies for our clients.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various digital marketing platforms.
• Ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging for each client.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop eye-catching creatives for digital media posts.
• Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital media tools to keep our clients at the forefront of their respective markets.
• Attend and participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and client meetings as needed.
• Campaign Management: Develop, launch, and manage campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other digital advertising channels.
• Budget Management: Oversee and manage the budget for paid media campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a paid campaign specialist or similar role.
• Hands on skills on Google Analytics and Google tag Manager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficient in popular digital advertising platforms, such as Facebook, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok.
• Strong data analytical skills and campaign optimization skills.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Computer literacy and presentation skills.
• Meta, Google ads or similar certifications.
• A team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to take initiative.
• Willingness to stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and to.
