Job Description
The position:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and managing core development tools and infrastructure services, supporting the IT Service Catalog, and automation. They must have a good understanding of operations processes, DevOps methodology, and tools like Puppet, Jenkins, Docker, etc.
Responsibilities:
- DevOps Core Services Management and Administration.
- Engage in Infrastructure Automation and Configuration Management.
- Daily operational DevOps services work, Monitoring, and Troubleshooting.
- System Administration, Maintenance, and Upgrades.
- Participate in technical tool proof of concepts.
- Work collaboratively with Stakeholders for infrastructure service quality.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and containerization technologies.
- Understanding of DevOps principles and infrastructure management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Having the Following is an added advantage:
- Certifications in Infrastructure Management and System Administration.
- Experience with monitoring tools, backup procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
- Experience in optimizing Infrastructure for High Availability and Security Compliance.
