Location: Colombo 03

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Ensure sourcing of fabrics and trims only from pre-approved suppliers.
• Manage design packs, ensuring accuracy, and hand them over to the sample room.
• Arrange courier packages and monitor sampling progress schedules.
• Oversee sampling critical path to meet delivery dates.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 4-5 years experience in apparel industry.
• Experience with Baby/Kids wear is desirable.
• Degree, diploma, or professional qualification in Marketing/Merchandising.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP, is advantageous.
