Job Description
Location: Colombo 03
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Ensure sourcing of fabrics and trims only from pre-approved suppliers.
- Manage design packs, ensuring accuracy, and hand them over to the sample room.
- Arrange courier packages and monitor sampling progress schedules.
- Oversee sampling critical path to meet delivery dates.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 4-5 years experience in apparel industry.
- Experience with Baby/Kids wear is desirable.
- Degree, diploma, or professional qualification in Marketing/Merchandising.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP, is advantageous.
