Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare harmonized projections variance report regularly and report findings.
- Prepare vendor capacity report, make necessary adjustments.
- Release vendor capacity timely, ensure demand-supply stability.
- Distribute orders across vendors and mills, minimize variance, optimize capacities.
- Support vendors, reduce lead times, communicate calendar revisions.
- Execute order allocations per global sourcing strategy, collaborate on models.
- Establish and monitor global calendars, enhance vendors’ planning capabilities.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Management or similar field.
- 5+ years in apparel industry, 3 years in Production Planning.
- Experience in planning systems like Fast React is a plus.
- Organized, analytical, good communication skills, able to work independently.
- Excellent MS Office skills, strong English command.
- Strong analytical skills, positive team player with drive for excellence.
