The Job:

• Data Analysis: Analyze large and complex data sets to extract valuable insights and support business decisions and strategies.
• Trend Identification: Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using statistical techniques to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Strategic Recommendations: Provide valuable recommendations for optimizing business performance and enhancing customer experiences.
• Data-Driven Strategies: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize business performance, enhance customer experience, and drive growth.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and revenue generation through data insights.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Create reports and interactive dashboards to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to prioritize data-driven initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and align data analysis efforts with organizational goals.
• AI/ML Initiatives: Drive AI/ML-based growth automation initiatives to enhance customer engagement, retention, and revenue generation.

The Person:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Statistics, Software Engineering
• Over 2 years of experience in data analytics, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
• Proficiency in SQL or other programming languages commonly used in data analysis.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create insightful dashboards and reports.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement and a passion for driving business growth through data.
