Requirements:
- Night Shift Availability & onsite role
- Exceptional English Fluency
- 2-3 years in a Managerial Role in Customer Service
- 5 years in Customer Service Experience
- KPO/BPO or Financial Sector Background (Preferred)
- Proven Ability to Lead Large Teams and Handle Multi-tasking Roles
