Job Description
Scicom Lanka Pvt Ltd., a leading BPO provider, is seeking Senior Customer Service Executives for their Bank project.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of team leader experience in a call Centre.
- Proficient in English, Tamil is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer systems.
- Training in accounting or Banking is advantageous.
- Ability to lead teams and provide excellent service.
Duties:
- Lead and manage teams on roster basis.
- Provide guidance and advice to junior staff.
