Job Profile:
- Manage, grow, and maintain the given customer portfolio while providing a seamless customer experience.
- Maintaining excellent interface with corporate clients and individual depositors
- Understand existing market trends, provide suggestions and solutions for product development.
- Handle operational aspects through documentation and system inputs.
Eligibility:
- Go-getter with proven communication skills in Sinhala and English languages.
- Experience in managing clients/customer service.
- Proficient in MS office applications such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Successfully completed GCE A/L and Full/Part professional or academic qualification will be an added advantage.
