Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Customer Care Specialist to join our Contact Centre at Nations Trust Bank PLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving and achieving key performance indicators such as service levels, call quality, cross-selling, and agent statistics. Duties include monitoring agent performance, providing coaching, and ensuring Contact Centre goals are met.
Job Profile:
- Drive and achieve key performance indicators for the Contact Centre.
- Monitor and evaluate agent performance, provide coaching, and take corrective action.
- Prepare reports, analyze data, and assist in determining Contact Centre goals.
- Ensure compliance with Contact Centre objectives, standards, and policies.
- Compile monthly roster and maintain adequate staffing.
- Streamline processes, introduce initiatives, and enhance cross-selling.
- Improve motivation and product knowledge among agents.
Special Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written).
- Proficient in Telephone Etiquette.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Dependable and detail-oriented.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Bank, Financial, or Service Industry.
- Degree or qualification in banking preferred.
