Job Description

Are you an experienced customer care professional with a strong analytical background? Do you excel at managing offshore clients and handling multiple priorities with flexibility? Join our team at Konnect BPO Technologies as a Senior Executive – Customer Care

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries from our offshore clients efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing priorities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer care role, preferably handling offshore clients.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience or knowledge in data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate flexibility as priorities change.
  • Willingness to work from 11 AM to 08 PM.
