Job Description
Candidate should Possess:
- Extensive knowledge in SAP FICO modules
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in implementation, customization, and maintenance of the FICO module in different SAP versions
- Experience in multiple industries including service, manufacturing, trading, and apparel
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or any equivalent
- Completed minimum of three full life cycle SAP implementation projects
- Experience or knowledge in any other module would be an added advantage
- Certification in SAP Financial Accounting/Management Accounting
- Problem solving and analytical skills, proactive and can-do attitude
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Be a part of SAP implementation projects and manage customer expectations adhering to quality standards and timelines
- Act as a business advisor, understand operational pain points/needs and recommend solutions/improvements
- Develop/configure solutions which create business value via process improvements
- Work in a team to design and deliver complex solutions
- Provide expertise in SAP FICO modules to manage support services adhering to agreed SLAs
- Maintain proper documentation on the solutions
- Acquire knowledge in latest SAP versions and related technologies
- Act as a mentor and help develop junior-level consultants
- Engage in pre-sales activities
