Role Description
The Senior Compliance Executive will ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies in Colombo.
Responsibilities include monitoring compliance, risk assessments, AML/KYC procedures, and maintaining records.
Requirements
- Management/Compliance qualification
- 3-5 years experience in a related field
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and knowledge of Fixed Income Securities/Capital Market products
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, compliance management/AML software
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
