Job Description
The primary responsibility of a salesperson in Logistics & Freight Forwarding is to secure and expand business by actively promoting and selling the company’s logistics services. This involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships with clients. Salespersons collaborate with various stakeholders to understand client needs, create tailored solutions, and ensure the efficient movement of goods. They stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and competitors to provide competitive proposals. Effective communication and customer service are crucial, as salespeople must address client concerns, provide accurate information, and ensure client satisfaction. Ultimately, their goal is to drive revenue growth, meet sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of the logistics and freight forwarding business.
- Bachelor’s/Diploma or any other related qualification.
- 10+/5+ years of experience in (Sales) Freight Forwarding & Logistics.
