Job Description
Scope
The Senior Executive – Business Analytics is responsible for implementing assigned data/analytics business projects for Brandix Analytics CoE. This includes collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business problems, analyze data sources, build analytics models/tools for generating insights, visualizing and sharing insights, monitoring implementation outcomes, and ensuring Health & Safety compliance.
Responsibilities
- Implement data/analytics projects, analyze data, develop models, present findings/recommendations to business users, and work with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analytics with expertise in Python, SQL, Power BI; experience with Databricks and Pyspark is a plus. Advanced Excel and HR analytics knowledge are advantageous.
