Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent professional qualifications.
- MBA and/or professional qualifications such as CIMA, CCBA, CBAP, and PMP would be beneficial.
- A minimum of 02 years in a similar role or capacity, as well as a minimum of 05 years in the industry, is required.
- Previous exposure / good understanding of AGILE development methodology is required.
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of SLDC with emphasis on requirement management, requirement prioritization, estimations, and stakeholder management.
- Collaboration and communication of insights/plans with customers, business development teams, and cross-functional teams.
- Capable of evaluating business processes and requirements, recommending solutions for tangible business benefits.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and drive change.
