- Utilize very strong written and spoken English language communication skills to facilitate clear and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Conduct comprehensive research and data analysis to inform business decisions and strategies.
- Leverage at least 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant to provide expert insights and guidance.
- Demonstrate knowledge of programmatic capabilities to drive project success.
- Manage client stakeholder relationships, setting clear expectations and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Write detailed Epics and User Stories, collaborating closely with teams in an agile project environment.
- Conduct effective customer product demonstrations, showcasing features and benefits to clients.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and User Manuals.
- Preferably possess experience in implementations within the healthcare insurance or life sciences domain.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in writing Epics and User Stories.
- Proven experience in conducting product demonstrations and facilitating stakeholder meetings.
- Knowledge of programmatic capabilities and related technologies.
- Experience in writing and maintaining project documentation.
