Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our team at PelicanCube. Your role involves providing scalable and efficient software development and deployment solutions. Immediate availability is preferred for this full-time position.
Requirements:
- A university degree in IT or business, or relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, ITIL).
- 5 years of experience in business analysis, compliance, and IT solution alignment.
- Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and documenting complex business and technical requirements.
- Holding a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) qualification or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs, develop detailed reports, and create technical specifications.
- Support project management, ensure system enhancements meet expectations, and drive continuous improvement in business processes.
