Role Description:

  • Facilitate and manage the business requirements to capture stakeholders’ needs.
  • Lead and manage business requirements to assess stakeholders’ needs.
  • Analyze business requirements and develop quality solution designs.
  • Test products to meet business and quality standards.
  • Perform risk analysis to anticipate negative impacts on projects.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with teams for resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Computer Science/Information Technology.
  • Minimum 3+ years of Business Analysis experience.
  • Agile development practices experience.
  • Proven expertise in requirement elicitation, system analysis, and design.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects concurrently.
