Job Description

Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC, a renowned Sri Lankan company, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Business Analyst to join their team. The role involves collaborating with the COO in various departments, analyzing performance, proposing process improvements, and participating in strategic meetings.

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the COO in Manufacturing, Sales, and Supply Chain.
• Analyze current performance to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Research and propose process improvements through new technologies.
• Participate in strategic meetings, track performance, and offer insights.

Core Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Physical Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in Manufacturing/Sales.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of IFS ERP system is advantageous.
