Job Description
What We Need:
- A university degree in IT or Business, or relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, ITIL).
- 5 years of experience in business analysis, compliance, and IT solution alignment.
- Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and documenting complex business and technical requirements.
- Having a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) qualification, or any other equivalent Business Analyst certification is highly desirable.
What You Have to Do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs, develop detailed reports, and create technical specifications.
- Support project management, ensure system enhancements meet expectations, and drive continuous improvement in business processes.
