Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Experienced Business Analyst at Apptimus. The Senior Business Analyst will conduct business analysis, gather business requirements, and analyze business processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, communication facilitation, and insights provision for strategic decision-making are key responsibilities. Remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Documenting and analyzing business processes experience
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Process improvement and change management experience
- Agile methodologies and project management knowledge
- Relevant certifications a plus
Nice to have:
- Experience with Figma
- Data analysis and visualization tools knowledge (e.g., Tableau or Power BI)
- Industry-specific regulations and compliance standards familiarity
- Experience in insurance, finance, healthcare, or technology sectors
