Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies aligning with brand objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends.
- Collaborate for new product development and ensure brand standards.
- Responsible for annual budget planning and effective budget management.
- Develop communication strategies and post-campaign evaluations.
- Create high-quality marketing materials and trade marketing strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with sales teams and conduct brand audits.
Expected Profile:
- Marketing degree; MBA / MSc preferred.
- 10+ years Brand Management experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role.
- Trade Marketing experience advantageous.
- Knowledge in Advertising, Sales, and Marketing.
- Strong understanding of the marketing mix.
- Highly creative and skilled in developing engaging campaigns.
- Proven ability in brand and marketing strategies with advanced communication skills.
