Job Description
Designation: Brand Manager / Senior Brand Manager
Location: Colombo
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Drive synergy between marketing, product development, and sales to optimize sales growth.
- Manage budgets for marketing campaigns and monitor expenses for maximum return on investment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and branding best practices.
- Lead the digital team in executing effective digital campaigns aligned with marketing strategies.
- Manage external agencies, suppliers, and stakeholder relationships.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in Brand Management.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of market trends and consumer preferences.
