Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to execute marketing plans.
- Evaluate the success of marketing programs post-execution.
- Conduct analysis of marketing activities to inform decision-making.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in formulating and implementing digital marketing activities aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
- Research and identify market trends, opportunities, and conduct competitor and target customer analysis.
Requirements:
- Preferably possess a part qualification in CIM/SLIM or a relevant marketing qualification from a recognized institution.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with proficiency in computer literacy.
- Target-oriented with a commitment to achieving goals.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
