Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 5.5 days per week (8 hours per day, 5 hours onsite, 3 hours WFH)
About the Role:
As the Senior Brand and Social Media Manager, you will lead our social media presence and customer service team, ensuring brand visibility and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media channels.
- Lead the customer service team.
- Create and execute social media content plans.
- Coordinate photoshoots for new collections.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners.
Requirements:
- Experience in social media management and customer service leadership.
- Proficiency in digital editing tools.
