Job Description
The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the following job responsibilities in our Branch Banking Unit:
- Overall supervision of the Branch including credit decisions, collections, and operations.
- Achieving performance targets for revenue, profitability, deposits, advances, and cross-selling.
- Engaging with existing customers, generating leads, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Managing asset portfolio, credit evaluation, and monitoring.
- Ensuring compliance with operational/credit policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Delivering exceptional customer experience and fostering a culture of openness and fairness.
- Inspiring and motivating staff through recognition and support.
Special Skills:
- Team player, coach, and motivator with excellent people management skills.
- Strong analytical and multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience with 5 years in managerial roles in Branch Operations, Credit, Sales, and Customer Service.
- Degree or Professional Qualification.
