Job Description
Position: Senior BA Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts in Business Analysis, problem analysis, process modeling, stakeholder analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather system requirements and develop solution proposals.
- Create technical artifacts and maintain the Product Roadmap.
- Stay informed on industry trends and conduct gap analysis for product evolution.
- Deliver client presentations and respond to various requests.
Requirements and Competencies:
- 3-4 years of relevant experience and a degree in related field.
- Proficient in Business Analysis processes and methodologies.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a focus on Electronic Payments and Information Systems Security.
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services Industry is a plus.
- Certification like IIBA ECBA/CCBA is desirable.
