Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using leading RPA tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
- Develop and maintain RPA workflows, scripts, and bots to automate tasks.
- Stay updated with RPA trends and recommend innovations for automation enhancement.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship on RPA development.
- Document RPA solutions and implementation procedures.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering with focus on RPA.
- Proven experience with RPA platforms like UiPath, Power Platform.
- Strong programming skills in common RPA languages.
- Solid understanding of automation concepts, process mapping, and business analysis.
- Experience with integrating RPA solutions with systems, APIs, databases.
- Knowledge of SQL and data manipulation techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
- Experience with cloud-based RPA deployment and management.
