Job Description
The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing various job responsibilities in our Trade Team including providing superior customer service, handling inquiries, promoting digital platforms, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Required skills include good interpersonal communication, computer literacy, negotiation skills, and knowledge of MS Office. Qualifications include a minimum of 4 years’ banking experience with trade exposure or 3 years’ banking experience with relevant qualifications. Prior experience in servicing clients and knowledge of trade products are advantages.
