Job Description
We are in the lookout for a Senior Assistant – Dispute Resolution to manage the below responsibilities in our Cards Team:
- Initiate fraud reporting, retrieval requests, chargeback, and report generation for Amex Card, MasterCard, and DCI disputes.
- Verify financial entries, temporary credits, adjustment entries, and account postings.
- Accurately reconcile GL accounts maintained in LKR and USD.
- Ensure compliance with MasterCard and Amex dispute resolution processes.
- Oversee unit performance and ensure disputes are resolved within stipulated chargeback timeframes.
- Monitor and analyze disputes to identify fraud trends and engage with the FCI unit for fraud prevention.
- Conduct reviews of chargeback documentation, policies, and processes.
Special Skills:
- Excellent communication and management skills.
- Knowledge & Experience in fraud monitoring / chargeback.
- Sound knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge & Experience using Prime 4.

Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Bank/Financial Institution with at least 03 years’ in card industry with fraud monitoring experience.
- OR
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Bank/Financial Institution with at least 02 years’ in card industry with fraud monitoring experience.
- Degree/In the Final Year of Degree Program or Full/Part Qualification in Banking.
