Job Description
Steradian Capital Investments (Private) Ltd is looking for an experienced Senior Analyst to join our consulting and advisory team in Sri Lanka. The perfect candidate will oversee analysis procedures and lead a team effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Financial forecasting, reporting, IM’s, and Teasers preparation
- Evaluating companies, fundamentals, and financial statements
- Assessing investment decks and presenting key insights
- Interacting with HNI’s, Investment Funds, and Institutions
- Building and maintaining relationships with banks, funds, and regulators
- Developing valuation models, scenario analysis, and ROI calculations
- Leading new corporate ventures and strategic initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Investment banking, Stockbroking, Capital markets, or corporate finance
- Knowledge of fund raising and equity research
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Self-organized and passionate about the field
