Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Analyst – Equity Research to join our client’s team in Colombo, Sri Lanka. As a Senior Analyst – Equity Research, you will be a key member of the equity research team, responsible for conducting detailed research on sectors and companies to contribute to investment ideas and client requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a thorough understanding of assigned sectors/companies.
• Conduct primary and secondary research to generate investment ideas.
• Prepare financial models, databases, and reports.
• Stay updated on key market developments and provide timely updates.
• Assist in database maintenance and reports.
• Train and mentor junior analysts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• 3 – 5 years of Equity Research experience.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Thorough understanding of valuation methods.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Confident, hardworking, and a good team player.
