Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes.
- Facility Management:
- Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and upgrades.
- Manage building safety, security, and hygiene standards.
- Team Supervision:
- Lead and support the administrative staff to ensure optimal performance.
- Organize training and development for the team when required.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and monitor budgets for administrative and facility management functions.
- Analyze expenses and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with local regulations related to health, safety, and environment.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on facilities and administrative operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (6+ years) in administrative or facility management roles.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of building maintenance and safety regulations.
