Job Description
- Responsibilities: Responsible for Accounts Payables activities in the Oil and Gas industry including indexing, invoice processing, and vendor master management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve open issues, support transformation initiatives, and achieve goals.
- Conduct Quality Checks on weekly transactions and drive Continuous Process Improvements.
- Produce performance reports, make recommendations for process enhancements, and manage service quality.
- Utilize Advanced Analytical Skills and handle complex Payables requests efficiently.
- Qualifications: Requires working experience in Accounts Payables, basic knowledge of vendor account reconciliation, and familiarity with SAP and MS Office.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and experience in Oil and Gas or related industries preferred.
